By using Mynt's photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the hosting and access to your photo gallery on Pixieset.

2. Gallery Hosting

Your photo gallery will be hosted on Pixieset, an online platform designed to showcase and deliver photographs.
The gallery will be accessible for viewing for a period of one year from the date of the photo shoot.
3. Access and Viewing

You will receive a unique link to your Pixieset gallery, which you can share with friends, family, or anyone you choose.
The gallery is for personal use only and should not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
4. Photo Availability

The gallery will be available for viewing and downloading for one year from the date it is made available to you.
After the one-year period, the gallery and all associated photos will be removed from Pixieset without further notice.
5. Photo Downloading

You are encouraged to download and save all your photos to your personal devices within the one-year period.
Mynt is not responsible for any loss of photos after the gallery has been removed.
6. Extension of Gallery Availability

If you wish to extend the availability of your gallery beyond the initial one-year period, please contact us before the expiration date. Additional fees may apply.
7. Privacy and Security

We take your privacy seriously and ensure that your gallery is secure and accessible only to those you share the link with.
Pixieset uses industry-standard security measures to protect your photos.
8. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photos remain the property of Mynt and are protected by copyright law.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the photos for personal purposes only.
Any commercial use of the photos requires explicit written permission from Mynt.
9. Limitation of Liability

Mynt is not liable for any technical issues or loss of access to the gallery due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to Pixieset’s server issues or internet outages.
10. Agreement

By using Mynt's photography services and accessing your Pixieset gallery, you agree to these terms and conditions.
